Terms of Use & Student Agreement
Legal framework governing our educational counseling, university admissions processing, scholarship facilitation, and portal access services.
Acceptance & Terms of Engagement
By accessing genesisabroad09.com, creating a student profile, utilizing our course match engine, or submitting academic credentials for processing by Genesis Abroad Education Company Limited (GAEC), you ("the Student" or "Guardian") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all incorporated policies.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue the use of our digital platforms and formal admissions advisory services immediately.

Student Warranties & Authenticity of Credentials
The applicant explicitly certifies and warrants that:
- All academic certificates, transcripts (Form Four, Form Six, Diploma, Degree, NECTA results), and identification documents provided to GAEC are authentic, complete, and legally issued by recognized examination boards.
- All financial sponsorship documents, bank statements, and affidavits reflect legitimate funding capacity.
- Any discovery of fraudulent documents results in immediate termination of counseling, forfeiture of applications, and mandatory notification to university and immigration authorities.
Scholarships & Tuition Waivers Policy
Genesis Abroad09 negotiates partial tuition scholarships (ranging between 15% and 60% fee reductions) for qualified African candidates. You acknowledge that:
• Scholarships represent partial tuition fee waivers, not full 100% funding unless explicitly stated in a dedicated competitive fellowship letter.
• Students remain responsible for net tuition balances, campus hostel accommodation, meal plans, health insurance, and personal living expenses.
• Continued scholarship awards for subsequent academic years often require maintaining a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) set by the university (typically 2.50 to 3.00 CGPA).
Visa Guidance & Sovereign Embassy Authority
Genesis Abroad09 takes pride in our 98% Visa Success Rate achieved through rigorous document scrutiny, financial verification, and mock interview coaching. However, you acknowledge that:
Sovereign Discretion: Decisions on student visa approvals, entry clearance, and immigration endorsements are made exclusively by the embassies, high commissions, and immigration departments of the respective host nations.
No Visa Sales: GAEC provides advisory, filing, and preparation services. We do not sell visas or claim authority over governmental immigration adjudicators.
Financial Terms, Tuition Payments & Refunds
To prevent financial irregularities and safeguard student interests:
- Direct University Payment: Tuition fees, registration fees, and campus hostel payments are paid directly to verified, official international university bank accounts or authorized payment gateways.
- Transparent Invoicing: Any authorized local processing or documentation fees charged by GAEC are covered by official receipts and documented prior to service commencement.
- Refunds: Tuition refunds follow the official refund bylaws of the respective university institution where fees were deposited.
International Student Code of Conduct
Students placed through Genesis Abroad09 serve as ambassadors of Tanzania and Africa abroad. Students agree to:
- Comply fully with the laws, civil regulations, and cultural norms of the destination country.
- Adhere to the student code of discipline, academic integrity guidelines, and residential hostel rules of the host institution.
- Maintain active student enrollment status as mandated by international student visa conditions (e.g., minimum 80% class attendance).
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
GAEC shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: airline strikes, flight cancellations, geopolitical events, sudden foreign immigration policy shifts, epidemics, or natural occurrences.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
